1. Listen to the noise:
At the same speed and the same voltage, the smaller the noise, the better the DC cooling fan is, because the low noise is mainly related to the fan blades, bearings, oil, and assembly structure. The better the shape of the fan blade is designed, the greater the air volume and the lower the noise; and the higher the accuracy of the bearing, the smaller the friction between it and the shaft core, and the more accurate the size matching. If the noise is lower and the friction is smaller, it means that the life of the bearing and the shaft core will be longer. At the same time, the life of the DC fan will also be longer.
2. Observe the current:
At the same speed, the same voltage, and the same air volume, a DC cooling fan with a small current is better. Because the smaller the current, the smaller the loss of the fan. The reason why the loss is so small is that the product has strong magnetic permeability, good motor enameled wire loss, high copper content, and high lubricating oil activity.
3. Measuring vibration:
When the fan is in the same specification and speed, the DC cooling fan with less vibration is better. Because the DC cooling fan is a high-speed machine, vibration is bound to occur, and no manufacturer can guarantee that it is free of vibration. So the smaller the vibration, the better the fan. The smaller the vibration of the DC fan, the smoother its operation, and the smaller the loss to the bearing and shaft core. At the same time, it will also reduce oil volatilization or ball wear, and its life can be longer.
